Instructor’s Introduction: Khadeeja Mehdi is a Clinical Psychologist by profession. She has done B.S. in Clinical Psychology from Centre for Clinical Psychology, Punjab University. She did her M.S in Clinical Psychology from University of Management and Technology. She is a Student of Understanding Quran & hadith. Currently doing Taleem e Deen from Alhuda International. She has command over Islamic Integrated Positive Psychology. She use to do online therapy with clients using eclectic approach i.e. A blend of Deen and Psychology. She was the former head of Umatter department at Youth Club, Lahore. Khadeeja Mehdi is the founder and CEO of Al Mutawasimin Institute who aims to empower individuals worldwide through a combination of Islamic wisdom and psychological insights. Her vision is to foster inner peace, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth through this unique approach.
